Taking the Next Step in Soccer
All-Stars provides an opportunity for recreational players who are ready for a new challenge. Players experience a more competitive environment while continuing to develop their technical abilities, game awareness, and confidence.
Tournament competition introduces players to different teams and playing styles, helping them apply what they’ve learned throughout the recreational season.
All-Star Tryouts and Team Selection
Players interested in joining an All-Star team participate in tryouts, where coaches have an opportunity to evaluate their soccer skills, effort, and teamwork.
Tryouts are scheduled for November 6 and November 8, 2026. Players should arrive at the designated check-in time, prepared to participate in soccer activities. Players are encouraged to bring water, cleats, and shin guards.
Players must attend both tryout dates, November 6 and November 8, 2026, wearing their current team uniform. Coaches will evaluate players based on their soccer skills, effort, and teamwork.
Three Tournaments. One All-Star Experience.
The 2026–2027 All-Star season features three tournament weekends, beginning in December and concluding in January.
Players will have opportunities to compete against other All-Star teams, gain valuable game experience, and strengthen their teamwork throughout the tournament season.
The $295 player registration fee includes a full uniform, hoodie, and tournament fees, providing players with what they need to represent Escondido Soccer Club.
Focused on Player Development
All-Stars is about more than winning games. The program emphasizes continued improvement, helping players develop technical skills, decision-making, communication, and confidence through competitive experiences.
Players are encouraged to challenge themselves, learn from each match, and take pride in their progress.
Teamwork, Sportsmanship, and Club Pride
Representing Escondido Soccer Club is an opportunity to build friendships, strengthen teamwork, and experience the excitement of competing together.
Our All-Star program encourages players to demonstrate effort, respect, and sportsmanship while creating lasting memories with teammates and families.
Once teams are selected, coaches may schedule weekday practices up to twice per week. Players are expected to commit to all team meetings, practices, and tournaments throughout the All-Star season.
